Senior Account Manager
After several years in the telecommunications working across Communications and Retail Lauren decided to pursue a career she was more passionate about within the Not for Profit sector. She landed an internship with Greenpeace Australia Pacific and shortly after she progressed to Marketing Coordinator looking after all cash donors across warm appeals, third-party fundraising, digital, retention and donor care projects.
During her time in Greenpeace Lauren executed the highest income earning warm appeal in Greenpeace’s history to date and maintained a strong focus on ensuring her campaigns were strongly integrated with other areas of the organisation.
Lauren was approached by Vision Australia in her most recent role where she worked as the Direct Marketing Officer. Lauren led all multi-channel national warm appeals, cold direct mail acquisition, retention projects, digital, telemarketing and overarching on boarding and welcome journey development. In a saturated market, it was her focus to create compelling case studies to connect donors to the cause with a strong focus on developing meaningful tests and strong data strategies.
During her time at Vision Australia Lauren steadily increased the average gift and response rate across warm appeals through stronger data segmentation and careful execution. She also helped develop mid value donor and bequest strategies into her campaigns and played a critical role in ensuring her donors experienced a seamless transition during an organisational rebrand.
In a saturated market Lauren understands the importance of providing donors with a unique, engaging and personalised experience. She applies a holistic view to her fundraising practice with an understanding that all channels must work together to provide the best outcome possible for your organisation and the donors.
